Pool Table Moving
Quoted around the stairs, not the mileage.
Teardown runs in a fixed sequence and the rebuild reverses it: cloth, pockets, rails, bed sections, frame, legs, each piece wrapped as it comes off. Slate rides upright and strapped, rails ride padded, because rails are what show a careless load.
Two flights changes the crew, not just the clock. A bed section held through one turn can be managed by two people; held through two turns with a rest in between it wants three, and pricing a job for two hands when it needs three is how a stair rail ends up broken.
What sets the price
How many flights, and how much room there is at the turn, shift a number here further than the mileage does.
- Three-section bed or single slab, because a switchback will take one and refuse the other.
- Both routes: how many flights, the space at each half-landing, doorway widths, and the walk to the truck.
- Whether there are outdoor steps from the street before anybody reaches the front door.
- One visit or two, as re-flooring or a spell in storage requires.
- Whether cloth goes on while the table is already apart, cheaper than a return trip.
A picture of the table and one taken standing on the half-landing will sharpen the number more than any description.
What finished looks like
We here at Nashville Pool Table Movers guarantee all of our work. If you use our services and feel that we did something incorrectly, or that your table is becoming unlevel, we will come back out to fix the issue. This is good for six months after your service is completed. We are a Diamond pool table specialist.
Our normal appointment times are at 8 or 9 am and 1 or 2 pm. There is an additional $30 fee for any job that starts after 5 pm, on a Saturday, or on a Sunday. There is an additional cost of $30 if we need to carry the table up stairs on an installation. On a home to home move we do not charge extra for stairs on a three piece slate table, and we will not move one piece slate tables up or down stairs.
